The agreement between us

PetSpan is operated by Kovo Investicijos, MB, a company registered in Lithuania under company code 305966743. In these terms “we” and “us” mean Kovo Investicijos, MB, and “you” means the person who creates an account.

You need to be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. By subscribing you confirm you are.

You answer questions about your pet. We use those answers — and any photos you choose to add — to generate a personalised longevity report with an AI model, covering a longevity score, health watch-points, diet and portion guidance, an exercise plan and enrichment suggestions. An active subscription also gives you daily check-ins, trends and photo checks.

The report is generated for you specifically and is available as soon as it is ready, usually within a few minutes of payment.

Your account is created when your first payment succeeds, using the email address you gave at checkout. You choose a password immediately afterwards. Keep it to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account.

Tell us at support@yourpetspan.com if you think someone else has access.

PetSpan is a recurring subscription. Every plan starts with a discounted introductory period, and then renews at the standard price for that plan until you cancel.

• The introductory price, the introductory period, the renewal price and the renewal interval are all shown on the payment screen before you pay, and again in your confirmation.
• Renewal is automatic. When the introductory period ends, the standard price is charged for the following billing period, and again at the end of each period after that.
• Prices are shown in the currency of the page you bought from, and charged in that currency. Your bank may add its own conversion fee.
• We may change prices for future billing periods. If we do, we will tell you by email first, and the change will never apply to a period you have already paid for.

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard under Manage subscription. There is no cancellation fee and you do not need to contact us.

Cancelling stops future charges. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and is not renewed after that. Cancelling does not by itself refund amounts already charged, including any part-period that had already begun — see our Refund Policy.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or stop offering the service entirely. If we close your account without cause, we will refund the unused part of your current period.

PetSpan provides educational guidance only. It is not veterinary advice, and it is not a substitute for examination, diagnosis or treatment by a licensed veterinarian.

Reports, daily insights and photo assessments are produced by AI from the information you provide. They can be incomplete or wrong. A photograph in particular cannot detect internal disease, parasites or anything a physical examination and laboratory tests would find.

Always consult your vet before changing your pet's diet, exercise or care, and especially if your pet has a health condition or you notice something concerning. If your pet may be seriously unwell, contact a vet immediately rather than waiting for anything in this service.

Your quiz answers and any photos you upload stay yours. You give us permission to process them for the purpose of producing and improving your reports and insights, which includes sending them to our AI provider to generate the report.

Photos submitted for the stool, coat, paw and face checks are analysed and not stored — only the written assessment is kept. A pet portrait you add during the quiz is stored with your pet's profile so it can be shown back to you.

Only upload content you have the right to upload, and don't upload anything unlawful.

Use PetSpan for your own pets. Don't resell it, scrape it, attempt to break or bypass its limits, or use it to build a competing dataset or service. Don't misrepresent its output as veterinary advice to anyone else.

We aim to keep PetSpan running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. Report generation depends on third-party AI and payment providers whose availability we do not control.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Decisions about your pet's health remain yours and your vet's. See section 6.

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use PetSpan after that means you accept the updated terms; if you don't, you can cancel.

These terms are governed by the law of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, and you can bring proceedings there.
